"Hawaiian Hula Eyes"
For nostalgia and originality there is simply none better in the Midwest than Lopaka Young. Mr. Young was born and raised in Hawaii in the era and district that produced many of the original recording artists that put Hawaii on music map even before it became the 50th state.
Offering to his audience a romantically relaxed delivery and perfectly played ukulele, Lopaka is one of the remaining few from that era still performing today.
